Career Summary

​

Noreen has worked in real estate since acquiring her license in 1980 in Fairfax, Virginia and then a Tennessee real estate license in 1996. Over the years, she has focused on sales and marketing environments, primarily in the Washington, DC and Nashville, TN areas. However, her feet-on-the-ground familiarity with almost every major and secondary city in the U.S. has given Noreen an edge in finding the right locations on the right terms for franchisees and individual business owners. When negotiating leases and sales contracts, she has represented tenants and buyers looking for retail space, Class A and B office space, and industrial properties. She has also worked as a property manager for commercial and residential properties.

 

At Anderson Commercial Brokerage, Noreen works closely with our brokers to market our listed properties. She does market research, photographs properties and buildings, pulls tax records, analyzes demographics and psychographic reports, and prepares our proprietary summary sheets – which can be downloaded from our website.

 

Noreen raised six sons and is helping to raise two grandsons in the Nashville area. Having grown up with six brothers and two sisters, having a house full of boys has always seemed normal to her. Lucky for them, she loves to cook! An avid ice hockey fan, she enjoyed season tickets to the Nashville Predators NHL games for several years. She also dabbles with designing websites and has written three novels and a screenplay.
